Vigna Dorata Brut Non-Vintage is a refined Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wine from Lombardy, Italy. Produced by the family-run Vigna Dorata estate, it comes from the moraine hills of Franciacorta. Chardonnay and Pinot Nero shape the blend, bringing freshness, structure, and fine aromatic detail.The estate harvests the grapes by hand during the cool morning hours. Then it gently presses whole clusters and ferments the base wine in stainless steel. After tirage, the wine rests on the lees for 18 to 24 months. As a result, it gains texture, polish, and a graceful mousse.The aroma opens with green apple, lemon zest, white peach, and acacia blossom. Then notes of bread dough, almond, pear, and light honey add depth.
