Valentin Leflaive Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 1.5Lt
Valentin Leflaive Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a magnificent, single-vintage Champagne crafted entirely from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs. This expression is deliberately made in an Extra Brut style, meaning it has a very low dosage to emphasize the purity and minerality of the fruit. This stunning Magnum bottle makes an exceptional and large-format Gift. It is available now at El Cerrito Liquor.
Aged for 48 months on the lees, the wine boasts intense aromas of citrus, green apple, and brioche, with a chalky minerality. The palate is dry, crisp, and precise, delivering vibrant lemon zest and elegant white flowers, supported by fine, persistent bubbles.
Valentin Leflaive, the négociant label of Olivier Leflaive, focuses exclusively on high-quality Chardonnay from the finest appellations. Secure this pure, sophisticated French Champagne through a seamless Online Purchase on our website.
