Serious wine for everyday pleasure with a deep, engulfing, and seamless palate.
The Possessor is a commanding expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, delivering a captivating bouquet of ripe plum, black cherry, and black olive, accented by pencil shavings and a hint of violet. The palate is richly layered, unfolding with blackberry, cassis, forest earth, and a whisper of minerality. Notes of dried Provençale herbs and vibrant acidity lead into a long, silky finish. This formidable blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc is approachable now, yet promises to reveal even greater complexity with careful cellaring for up to 12 years.
