A beautifully balanced wine that boasts aromas of black cherry, cassis, and black currant. On the palate, this wine has a rich and full-bodied texture, with flavors of dark chocolate, espresso, and a hint of vanilla. The tannins are firm yet silky, providing structure and length to the wine, while the acidity brings a refreshing finish that lingers on the tongue.
Staff Review:
“Rich with plum and cherry being the main flavor profile. Soft, silky tannins. A very approachable cab. Pair with one of the grab & go dinners from The Market!”
