The infusion process is carefully controlled to extract these flavors while maintaining a heat level that enhances rather than overwhelms. This thoughtful approach creates a vodka that’s spicy but balanced, flavorful but versatile. From the first nosing, this vodka announces its uniqueness with aromas of fresh green chiles, roasted peppers, and subtle herbaceous notes. On the palate, the green chile flavor is immediate but nuanced – the initial taste brings the characteristic vegetal sweetness of green chiles, followed by a warming heat that builds gradually. The flavor profile includes notes of jalapeño, poblano, and serrano chiles, creating complexity beyond simple spiciness. The smooth vodka base ensures that the heat doesn’t burn harshly, instead providing a pleasant warmth that spreads across the palate. Additional flavors emerge including hints of cilantro, lime, and a subtle smokiness. The finish is long and warming, with lingering chile flavor and gentle heat. This 750ml bottle is perfect for creating innovative cocktails that blur the line between sweet and savory.
