This SG Shochu Imo is a sweet potato based expression created by up and coming shochu producer SG. For this one, they used a locally sourced purple variety of sweet potato known as Eimurasaki. It’s engaging on the nose and palate, with a range of delicious floral notes be the stars of the show.
