Redemption Wheated Bourbon Whiskey 750ml
Description
Redemption Wheated Bourbon Whiskey is a smooth, award‑winning American bourbon. It features a high wheat content in its mash bill—45% winter wheat, 51% corn, and 4% malted barley—which creates a softer, sweeter profile than many rye-forward bourbons. Bottled at 96 proof and aged for at least four years in new charred oak barrels, it delivers a balanced and refined drinking experience.
First, the aroma is inviting and complex. Notes of candied ginger, sage, and lavender greet the nose. Then, hints of fresh pear, warm vanilla, and cedar appear, creating layers of depth.
Next, on the palate, this wheated bourbon feels silky and harmonious. Its creamy texture carries flavors of roasted coffee, smoked meats, and hazelnut. At the same time, cardamom and black pepper add just the right amount of spice. The higher wheat content softens harsher edges, resulting in a rich, mellow profile that remains interesting from start to finish.
Meanwhile, the finish is smooth and lingering. Toasted bread, malt sweetness, gentle oak, and soft baking spice round out the experience, leaving a warm, satisfying impression.
Redemption Wheated Bourbon stands out for its unique grain blend and approachable style. Moreover, the prominent wheat gives a sweeter backbone and softer mouthfeel. Therefore, it works well for newcomers while still offering depth for seasoned bourbon drinkers. Whether you enjoy it neat, with a splash of water, or in lighter cocktails, this expression showcases the subtler, elegant side of American whiskey.
