On the Rocks Knob Creek Old Fashioned 375ml
Description
On the Rocks Knob Creek Old Fashioned represents the pinnacle of RTD cocktail craftsmanship, featuring premium bourbon in a perfectly balanced ready-to-drink version of cocktail history’s most revered drink. The partnership with Knob Creek brings serious whiskey credentials to the format, using their high-rye bourbon to create an Old Fashioned with authentic depth and character. This collaboration proves that RTD cocktails can achieve luxury positioning through uncompromising ingredient quality.
Knob Creek’s bold, nine-year-aged bourbon transforms this from simple mixed drink to premium cocktail experience. The bourbon’s high rye content provides spice complexity that stands up to dilution and mixing. Sugar levels are carefully calibrated to enhance rather than mask Knob Creek’s character, while premium bitters add aromatic complexity. The dilution mimics proper stirring over ice, achieving the silky integration that defines great Old Fashioneds. This isn’t just convenience – it’s craftsmanship in a bottle.
The tasting experience showcases why ingredient quality matters. Knob Creek’s signature vanilla and caramel notes lead, followed by rye spice complexity. The sweetness is restrained, allowing bourbon character to dominate while providing balance. Bitters contribute aromatic depth – hints of orange peel, warm spices, and herbs that complement the whiskey. The texture is notably smooth from proper dilution, while the finish extends with bourbon warmth and subtle bitter complexity. This is unmistakably a premium Old Fashioned.
This 375ml bottle serves those who demand excellence in their cocktails. The Knob Creek name signals serious whiskey credentials, appealing to bourbon enthusiasts who might typically dismiss RTD options. Perfect for travel, gifting, or occasions when bar-quality cocktails are desired without bar access. The premium positioning through superior ingredients proves RTD cocktails can compete at luxury levels. This represents the future of ready-to-drink – uncompromising quality in convenient format.
