Montirius Garrigues Vacqueyras 2019 750ml
Description
Montirius leads Vacqueyras’ biodynamic revolution, and their Garrigues cuv?e showcases what’s possible when visionary farming meets exceptional terroir. This 2019 demonstrates how biodynamic viticulture can produce wines of extraordinary vitality and complexity.
The wine opens with intense aromas of black fruits and garrigue, immediately placing you in the wild landscape of the Southern Rh?ne. As it develops, notes of lavender, black olive, and crushed herbs emerge, while underlying minerality provides structure. The biodynamic farming adds an extra dimension of energy and purity. On the palate, the wine delivers impressive concentration balanced by freshness; fine-grained tannins frame vibrant fruit flavors, while bright acidity and mineral notes create exceptional length. The finish resonates with herbs and spice.
This 2019 Garrigues proves that Vacqueyras can produce wines rivaling the best of Ch?teauneuf-du-Pape when ambition meets appropriate terroir. Montirius’ commitment to biodynamic principles results in wines that pulse with life while expressing their origins clearly. For those seeking Southern Rh?ne wines with both power and vitality, this bottle delivers an unforgettable experience at a fraction of more famous appellations’ prices.
