The Tottori Silver Label blended whisky is a new expression from the up and coming Matsui, produced at the Kurayoshi distillery. It was created by blending carefully selected casks of malt and grain whisky before adding underground water from the Oyama Mountains, which serves to add a crisp and refreshing finish to the whisky. Coming in a beautiful bottle, with elegant Japanese label, it’s a real gem that is well worth trying.
