Lobos 1707 Joven Extra Añejo Tequila brings a unique blend of aged craftsmanship and vibrant youth, setting a new standard in ultra-premium tequila. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, this special expression undergoes an innovative aging process where an Extra Añejo base is expertly blended with fresh joven tequila before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels. This rare combination of young and aged tequilas creates a depth of character that is both bold and refined.
On the nose, you’re welcomed with aromas of caramelized agave, dried fruit, and a touch of roasted nuts, layered with vanilla and sweet oak from the sherry barrels. The palate is velvety and rich, delivering flavors of honeyed agave, dark chocolate, and subtle spices with a complex undertone of oak and sherry sweetness. The finish is exceptionally smooth and long-lasting, leaving notes of vanilla, caramel, and a whisper of smokiness.
