Kentucky Owl Batch No. 8 Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited release bourbon that showcases the art of blending by master blender Dixon Dedman. It is a combination of hand-selected barrels of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that have been aged between 14 and 15 years, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile. The nose is full of aromas of caramel, vanilla, and oak, with a hint of spice. On the palate, flavors of toffee, dark chocolate, and toasted oak are complemented by a subtle sweetness and a warming spiciness. The finish is long and smooth, with notes of leather and tobacco. Kentucky Owl Batch No. 8 Straight Bourbon Whiskey is bottled at cask strength, without any added water or color, and is best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to unlock its full flavor potential.
