El Cristiano 1761 Blanco Tequila 750ml
Description
El Cristiano 1761 Blanco honors a significant date in tequila history with an expression that combines traditional methods with modern refinement. This unaged tequila showcases the purity of estate-grown agave and time-honored production techniques that have been perfected over centuries. The result is a blanco that bridges past and present.
Crystal clear and pristine, the nose offers an elegant interpretation of unaged tequila. Fresh agave notes are complemented by delicate citrus and floral aromas that speak to careful distillation. There’s a refinement here that sets it apart—hints of white pepper, fresh mint, and mineral create a sophisticated profile. The 1761 designation seems to inspire a more classical approach to blanco production.
The palate delivers exceptional smoothness with layers of flavor that unfold gradually. Initial agave sweetness is balanced by bright lime and a gentle pepper heat that builds slowly. The careful production creates remarkable clarity—each flavor element is distinct yet part of a harmonious whole. Mid-palate reveals notes of green apple, fresh herbs, and a subtle vanilla hint that adds unexpected depth. The finish is clean and elegant, with lingering agave sweetness and a refined spice note. This blanco demonstrates how traditional methods and modern techniques can create something timeless.
