Anonimo Red Blend Paso Robles 2023 750ml
Description
Anonimo Red Blend 2023 is a polished Paso Robles red with Italian flair, Bordeaux depth, and a fresh sense of balance. The blend brings together 60% Sangiovese, 20% Petit Verdot, and 20% Petite Sirah from small, family-farmed Paso vineyards. As a result, it offers bright red fruit, dark color, and firm structure in one seamless pour. The nose opens with wild raspberry, red cherry, and ripe plum. Then notes of pencil shavings, cocoa, dried herbs, and subtle spice add depth. Sangiovese gives the wine lift and savory charm, while Petit Verdot adds color and dark fruit. Meanwhile, Petite Sirah brings grip, texture, and a deeper berry tone.On the palate, Anonimo feels medium-bodied, smooth, and lively. Juicy cherry and raspberry lead first. Then blackberry, plum skin, cocoa, and herb notes move through the mid-palate. Fine tannins give the wine shape without making it feel heavy. In addition, the 13.7% ABV keeps the profile fresh and food-friendly.The finish is dry, balanced, and quietly complex, with lingering red fruit, spice, and a light mineral edge. Because it blends Paso Robles richness with old-world restraint, this wine works well for both casual dinners and more thoughtful pours.Serve Anonimo Red Blend slightly below room temperature with pasta Bolognese, grilled pork, roast chicken, lamb, or mushroom risotto. It also pairs beautifully with pizza, aged cheeses, charcuterie, and herb-driven vegetable dishes.
