WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The nose is characterized by herbaceous fruity and floral notes: star anise, juniper, candied fruit and apricots. An intense wine, but also fresh and savory. Excellent with tasty fish dishes, spiced meats, lamb and roast. A vegetarian idea: combine it with classic soups of Mediterranean diet or with typical Asian food, such as a vegetable tempura..
